Anderson/Bullock to Proceed with "Road to Nowhere"

"No Planning" Commission indicated they had no knowledge of the road in March. By June, they admonished neighbors that it was indeed a done deal. Who's idea is this other than Anderson/Bullock's, and where does it lead?

Answer: it leads to overdevelopment and the bailout of Sup. Bullock who does not have enough land to build upon. Seems Bullock and Cutler did not have enough land and needed a bailout package. Who do you turn to in trying times such as these? How about the Warrington Developers Aid Society. That would be Anderson, Bullock, Kieffer, and Paul, along with their enablers who we actually pay very good money to do their jobs. Mrs. Butterworth is not involved in this particular charity.

Of course, you'll need some help from the "no planning" commission. Not a problem. The engineer, the lawyer and the zoning officer/community overdevelopment director will surely do their share. After all, its the least they can do for a favored developer/lawyer who is in distress, especially when he is partnered with a sitting (and I do mean sitting) supervisor.

Under the guise of addressing the 611/Bristol traffic problem, Anderson has strong armed developer Walter Smerconish (Stone Manor next to Neshaminy Manor) and the Warrington Quarry into building a road running inside an existing shortcut, the Turk/Almshouse shortcut, one of the most popular shortcuts in all of Central Bucks. Meanwhile, the Sups. made no request of Penndot to address the 611/Bristol Road problem.

At a recent "no planning" commission meeting, sup. Bullock stated that the twp. would condemn the Morrisey's land if they did not go along with the plan. Imagine, a one man township government, already had his and the other sups. (less Butterworth) minds made up for them. That one man is none other than the self-serving Wayne Bullock. Very scary person. Don't stand in his way.

Looks and smells like another Anderson/Bullock done deal. Which neighbors will have to suffer this time? How many more lawsuits can they afford to wage against their own government? Get ready for the hipocracy on the part of the sups. who took part in the original re-zoning to reverse their positions and abandon their insincere position of great concern for the proximity of the quarry and the needed "buffer". Look for Quarry City at Warrington (166 homes) to be put on greased skids in order to bang it home before the end of the Bullock/Anderson era, which ends (God willing) in Jan. 04.
