Supervisor Race 2005 - Observations
If John Paul and Lee Fein's campaign literature is any indication of their accuracy and fiscal understanding, it's going to be another long six years of mismanagement, overdevelopment and ethical lapses.

Read all about it. Warrington Taxpayers are being sued. Stay Tuned for Total Cost to Date!
August 15, 2002 is the 1st Anniversary of a pending lawsuit against the taxpayers of Warrington and individual township supervisors, including Doug Skinner. I questioned a township bill at the August 13th meeting for the amount of $3,787.50 to the law firm Cozen and O'Connor. This peaked my curiosity of the status of the lawsuit and what is it all about. I wanted to bring this to the attention of the taxpayers. AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS ARTICLE IS A LINK TO THE TEXT OF THE LAWSUIT AND JUDGE'S FINDINGS.
United States Judge Norma L. Shapiro issued an Order regarding United Artist Theater Circuit, Inc. Warrington Supervisors requested immunity for themselves Judge Shapiro denied their request.
At the August 13th township meeting a vote was taken for The Stone Manor Corporate Center which will be located at 611 & Kelly Road. At the meeting Chairman Anderson asked the developer, Mr. Walter S. Smerconish, to contribute monies for the Bristol Road & 611 intersection. The developer said no because he is contributing to a traffic light at 611 & Kelly Road and felt he is doing his part. His development will impact Kelly Rd & 611. I asked the chairman if any other developer contributed to the 611 & Bristol Rd. intersection. Chairman Anderson said no. I am puzzled because C&M Builders development on Bristol Road will have a major impact on this intersection and did not contribute.
I feel the developer for Stone Manor Corporate Center is being treated unfairly, to be asked to contribute in order to get approval of his plans. Is this similar to the above lawsuit?
