C&M Obviously not Concerned with Quality!
By Andrew Katz
Sep 28, 2004, 3:18pm
I recently purchased a C&M Home in Redstone Woods and am quite upset with the quality, or rather lack of quality of the "top soil" that was used to final grade my property. I've spent hours pulling rocks, boulders, building debris and garbage (including broken glass) from my property.
I've been trying since the beginning of September to get John Ciliberto at C&M to answer one simple question...how do you define top soil. I don't think any definition that you could find would mention the garbage that I've found in my yard.
Ed. Note: Thanks for your input Mr. Katz and welcome to Warrington. I should advise you, however, that C+M Developers are indeed one of if not The rightful owners of Warrington Township. The Supervisors (less Butterworth and McKay of course) and the No Planning Commission and Selective Zoning Hearing Board enforcers don't tolerate much discussion that is not flattering toward their favored developers. Just a friendly word of advice. I admire your courage and thank you for your participation in the practice free speech in Warrington. Editor
