Is this right?

I purchased a new home in the township and have had a number of problems with my house, specifically with the grounds. The first problem concerns the large amount of rocks and boulders that are in my topsoil (I've already addressed that here) and the second is with the grading of the property.

Were you aware that a builder submits a plan to the Township for approval and once approved all the builder needs to do is follow that plan?

What's wrong with that? Well nothing if the plan was correct to begin with. What I'm coming to find out is that the plans that were developed by and on C&M Home Builders behalf are not correct.

Now it turns into a big Catch-22. The Township is not at fault because C&M prepared the plans and C&M is not at fault because the Township approved the plan.

Having gone through the new home buying experience I now understand why we reside in a litigious society.
