Nice map with the township seal. The map is not a township approved map. The map was designed for political reasons. John Paul chastized me for putting the township seal on the watchdog website. Paul & Fein put paid township employees in their political mailing again which is against township policy. The map was never approved by the Board of Supervisors. This is the candidates version. I estimated printing the map alone to cost $2000 to $3000.00 plus postage. We won't be able find out the true cost until the 30th day after election finance report filing.
Who is the Committee to re-elect John Paul and Appointed Supervisor Lee Fein? Where is the money coming from? Mr. Ed Knell is a CPA and the treasurer of the committee. He donated $1,800.00 himself. A very generous CPA.
A lot of money is being spent for John Paul and Lee Fein's campaign. Did John Paul and Lee Fein reach into their own pockets for their campaign?
As a supervisor you are required to file a Financial of Interest Statement every year. The purpose is to imform the public who your employer is, ownership of properties, sale of properties to the township etc. A supervisor's vote should not allow a financial gain to himself, family or employer/employee. If that ocurrs a Conflict of Interest would happen per the State Ethics Commission. Mr. Paul reported he had no income in 2002 and 2003. He also failed to report his supervisor income for 2002,2003 and 2004. His occupation was listed as an equipment operator. His resume states he his an employee of his ex-brother-in-law/employer for many years. Mr. Paul filed his financial statement and reported income to be from employer Donald Lankford Landscaping Co. showing his occupation as a landscaper. In the Intelligencer Voters Guide Mr. Paul listed his occupation as a Operations Manager. When you travel around Warrington take notice to the developments being built and wave to the equipment operator, operating Donald Lankford Landscaping Company equipment. Then ask yourself ,"Did John Paul abstain from voting for his employers' financial gain?"
Ed Butterworth & Andy Lyons financed their campaigns themselves. They will not owe any favors to anyone when elected. Their decisions will be made on what is best for the residents.
Can money buy votes? The question is who's vote is it buying?
